My Daily Rice: Back to basics( I hate and hate it!! still got a big container left..jiejie thinking of throwing away...) , Pinnacle (My fav! i'm on full course now..)
Vegetable: Celery, Carrot, Spanich, Watercress, Pumpkin, Cucumber, Cabbage, Lettuce, Water Chestnut, Sweet Potato, Potato
Meat: Loin Pork (sometimes got lean pork!--got fats! i luv..) , Toman fish, Batang Fish, 'Sheng' fish, Salmon fish, beef(- tried once only, i luv it but my poo poo super smelly..so no more le..)
Assorted: Tofu, Egg White( my No.1 fav), Organic Brown rice, Pasta, Gerber (Applesauce, Peach, Carrot), 2 sips of Vitagen! hehe..
